Interview scorecards are helpful tools to eliminate personal bias during interviews. With an interview scorecard, interviewers can stay focused on keeping the playing field level, leading to consistent interviews and ethical decision-making. This scorecard is a fillable PDF  with 10 items to score each candidate on. (There is room to add more if you need it.)


After every interview, you (and your team)  should immediately fill out a scorecard before speaking. That way you avoid "group think" and get a more objective view of each candidate.
