After you have completed your purchase you will send your resume in a Word document format as well as complete a small questionnaire that will help us to understand what you are looking for and what you have been able to accomplish in your career.
 
We will make two versions of your resume, one with edits and comments on it so if you want to undo some items or see the thought process you can. The second version will be a fully revised/reformatted resume that is designed to get you past the screeners/recruiters and help the hiring manager see your potential.
 
Please note, Strategic Talent Advisor doesn't create resumes from scratch, that would be another service entirely. Our turnaround time is typically 2-weeks and often less than that. Please keep an eye out on your inbox in case we have questions/points of clarification.  If we do not hear from you on the areas we need clarity on, we will highlight those sections for you to add in the necessary information.
